The 55-year-old Foo Fighters hitmaker shocked fans when he revealed he had become a father to a baby girl outside of his union with wife Jordyn Blum.

The post was first shared by user @valeriegreyston on Wednesday and showed her own hand holding that of a newborn baby, with a lengthy caption.
The caption read: ‘My sweet Roxie Junie Grohl, being your mom has already been the most amazing experience of my life.

Though the pair were spotted walking down the sidewalk together, Grohl and Blum couldn’t have looked more disconnected as he smoked a cigarette and she remained glued to her phone.
They kept several feet of distance between each other as they walked down the street in their all-black ensembles.
It is not known whether the musician had already informed his wife that he had cheated on her and impregnated another woman when the images were taken on August 1.

This comes just one day after he confessed to welcoming a daughter with an unidentified woman in a statement posted on Instagram.
The statement read: “I recently became the father of a new daughter, born out of wedlock. I plan to be a loving and understanding father to her.
“I love my wife and children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We appreciate your consideration for all the children involved, as we move forward together.”
Grohl and Blum, 48, met in 2001 and have been married since 2003, sharing three daughters: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
Blum previously worked as a model and television producer.
Before the news broke, the couple’s eldest daughter appeared to deactivate her Instagram.
The rock star, who has often been described as a “family man,” has spoken about the importance of his family in interviews over the years.

While little is known publicly about Blum, People reported that she once appeared on the cover of Teen, after being discovered in a supermarket when she was 12 years old.

He also co-directed Foo Fighters’ 2002 music video for Walking a Line.
News of Grohl’s infidelity comes after he was last seen with Blum at Wimbledon in July.
