A chilling 911 call revealed how a daughter managed to foil her millionaire father’s alleged murder-for-hire plot against her mother.
Alessandra Pino can be heard pleading with police to go to her mother’s home in Pinecrest, Florida, after discovering a masked gunman on the property.
Prosecutors believe the man had been sent by his father Sergio Pino to kill his ex-wife Tatiana, the The Miami Herald reports.
“Please, there’s someone with a gun,” Alessandra, 26, can be heard frantically telling the 911 operator. “He just pointed a gun at me, they’re still here.”
Struggling to catch his breath, the operator asks for more details about the incident, which took place on June 23.

“I have to tell my mother not to come home,” he added. “They might be looking for her. She’s a victim. I hear a car. Can I call my mother, please?”
The operator orders her to stay on the line, before Alessandra realizes that her mother is at home.
“My mom is here, they could have attacked her, my God,” she cries. “My mom is here, they could have shot her. Why haven’t they (the police) arrived yet?”
When the call ends, she realizes that the gunman has fled and runs to help her mother.
Alessandra’s fears were confirmed in the wake of the incident, after prosecutors revealed they believe her father orchestrated the attempted murder.
Court documents show Tatiana narrowly escaped death after arriving home before her daughter and being met by suspected gunman Vernon Green, 53, who has since been charged.
He managed to drive his truck into the backyard with the horn blaring loud enough for Alessandra to come out to see what was happening.
From there, the worried daughter managed to call 911 and get the police to the scene.
Tatiana Pino, 55, filed for divorce from her wealthy real estate developer husband Sergio Pino, 67, in April 2022 and he responded by trying to kill her, prosecutors allege.
Sergio took his own life inside his $7.9 million home next to the Coral Gables marina in Miami last week as FBI agents raided his property over murder-for-hire allegations.
It happened just a year after someone rammed a rental truck into Tatiana’s car in the same driveway, an incident the family believes Sergio was also behind.
The couple were in the midst of a tense divorce, with documents showing Tatiana believed her ex-lover was trying to kill her.
Sergio, 67, took his own life inside his $7.9 million home next to the Coral Gables marina in Miami earlier this month when FBI agents raided his mansion in connection with the allegations.
The SWAT team was there to arrest him for paying hitmen to kill Tatiana, 55, during their bitter divorce battle, but he wouldn’t let them take him alive.
Nine other people were arrested after allegedly accepting contracts worth up to $300,000 to kill Tatiana and ensure Sergio could not be blamed.
Markenzy Lapointe, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, detailed the murder-for-hire plot after Pino’s suicide.
“This case is about a husband, Mr. Pino, who after years of marriage decided he was going to kill his wife,” he said.

Before the murder-for-hire plot, Sergio had been trying to poison his wife with fentanyl, according to divorce proceedings.
Sergio’s efforts began after Tatiana filed for divorce in April 2022 after 30 years of marriage. The couple has two daughters, Alessandra and Carolina Pino.
Prior to the hitman’s plot, he had been trying to slowly and covertly poison her with fentanyl for months, as revealed during their divorce proceedings in late 2022.
Court documents reveal Tatiana was in and out of the hospital and doctors were baffled by her condition, which improved once she was away from her husband.
“When that failed, he put a contract on her head on two separate occasions, hiring different groups of hitmen to do the job,” Lapointe said.
Lapointe explained that the first hit team Sergio hired allegedly included Bayron Bennett, who was a part-time food and beverage waiter on his yacht ‘Century Star’, and three others: Micahael Dulfo, Edner Etienne and Jerren Howard.
They were charged in connection with arson and hit-and-run attempts against Tatiana and her sister, which were revealed after an earlier FBI raid on June 24.
The gunmen allegedly burned three cars outside her sister’s home and tried to run her over in a flatbed truck rented by Home Depot.
Pino subsequently hired a second team, which reportedly included Diori Barnard, Clementa Johnson, Vernon Green, Avery Bivins and Fausto Villar.

He promised them $150,000 to carry out the murder before the next divorce hearing, and double that if the killing could not be traced back to him, according to charging documents.
Sergio was the president of Century Homebuilders Group, considered the largest Hispanic-owned homebuilder in the country.
His estate was estimated at $153 million, according to divorce papers, but there was dispute over how much money he actually had.
One document estimated their combined wealth at $359 million, but Pino said he made up that figure as a “joke” using “made-up” numbers and that the $153 million was accurate.
