The teenage daughter of actors Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans has lost her bid for a restraining order against her father’s girlfriend.
On Friday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied her claim after filing documents for civil protection against the harassment of actress Bianca Wallace.
It comes after Ella, 13, also sought a restraining order against her father, the star of ITV drama Liar and The Fantastic Four, but the court decided to hear her on July 13, as part of a larger custody case.
Ms Wallace, 29, who has multiple sclerosis and was present at the hearing with Gruffudd and Ella, would be ‘relieved’ by the outcome, which was decided by Judge Josh Freeman Stinn.
The judge also appointed a juvenile attorney – a court-appointed lawyer to represent the best interests of the child – to represent Ella and her younger sister Elsie, nine.

Gruffudd’s team would see the move as ‘positive’ for the case, which has gripped show business since the Welsh heartthrob left 102 Dalmations star Ms Evans in 2021 after a marriage to 14 years old.
It’s the latest development in what has been an extraordinary domestic drama played out in public.
Last Wednesday, Gruffudd, 49, filed court documents accusing Ms Evans of creating fake Twitter accounts to brand him and Ms Wallace as ‘child molesters’.
He also claimed that Ms Evans yelled at him outside his Los Angeles home and called him a “fucking abuser” and an “abusive c***” in front of Ella.
Gruffudd also said that on one occasion Ms Evans accused him of ‘taking away my children’, called him a ‘fucking p***y’ and ‘evil’, called his mother ac *** ”- and Ella had told her, she did not want to see her for a few days, shouting: “Babies can defend me or they can fuck themselves”.
Furthermore, he alleged that Ms Evans told him: ‘I’m going to tell my solicitor that you hit me last week. It will be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It’s not going to end well for you.
Gruffudd also claimed that Ella poured milk on her and Wallace’s bed and wrote “f**” with a bottle of mustard, as well as on the kitchen counter and floors.
He already has a restraining order against his estranged wife, which prevents him from mentioning him on social media for three years.
Both are asking for custody of the children.
