In the Sunday episode of Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath, Chrissie Bixler (photo) accused her ex-boyfriend Danny Masterson of laughing when he told her he was having sex with her while she was drugged and unconscious after a date in 2001.
Danny Masterson's ex-girlfriend claims the That & # 39; 70s Show actor laughed when he told her he was having sex with her while she was drugged and unconscious.
Chrissie Bixler, who went out with Masterson for six years in early 1996, is one of the four women who filed a lawsuit this month in which he was accused of drug use and sexual abuse of them and the Church of Scientology of conspiracy to silence them.
The former model told the alleged attack of 2001 in an interview in April 2017 that was featured in the latest episode of the series by Leah Remini Scientology and the aftermath on Sunday.
& # 39; We ate and I had a glass of wine, maybe two, & # 39; said Bixler.
& # 39; The last thing I remember is getting up to leave the restaurant to go home. Complete blackout.
& # 39; The next day when I woke up, my back of my head ached. And I thought I'd fallen, but I didn't understand. It almost felt like I was poisoned … I didn't know where I was, my joints hurt. & # 39;
The former model said she soon realized she was in her friend's house. She found him in his office and asked: & # 39; What happened? I have no memory. & # 39;
He replied & # 39; just a little & # 39 ;, Bixler replied.
& # 39; I said, "I have a lot of pain," she said. & # 39; I was bleeding. He was injured.
& # 39; I said, "What happened?" And he started to laugh. And he said, "Oh, I had sex with you last night."
Bixler said when she asked: & # 39; Was I unconscious? & # 39 ;, Masterson replied: & # 39; Yes. & # 39;

Bixler, who went out with Masterson for six years in early 1996, is one of the four women who filed a lawsuit this month to accuse the That & # 39; 70s Show actor of drugging and sexual abuse
Bixler, who ordered & # 39; per (Masterson & # 39; s) in 1996 & # 39; became a Scientologist, according to the court case, she had reported the incident to the church because she felt Masterson had no apologies about it.
& # 39; I went to church and asked to talk to the Ethics Officer at the Celebrity Center, & she said. & # 39; I told her what happened. & # 39;
& # 39; The first thing she told me was to stop using the word rape. & # 39;
Bixler said the officer told her: & # 39; It's not a rape if you have a consensual relationship. & # 39;
& # 39; She told me that I must have done something to earn it, & # 39; said Bixler.
& # 39; And if I told someone or went to the police, I could be declared an oppressive person. & # 39;
In Scientology, when a person is declared a oppressive person, they are kicked out or expelled from the organization.
Bixler said she went back to Masterson and said to him: & # 39; If you go inside now and want to show me that you are willing to take responsibility for your part in this, I can forgive you. & # 39;
He replied by saying that he didn't think it was supposed to be, & Bixler claims.
She eventually left the church and moved out of the house she shared with Masterson, making her feel isolated and alone.
& # 39; Many of my friends were no longer my friend and they loved his friendship more, "she said. & # 39; He is a celebrity. He had more to offer them. I had to start again. & # 39;
Bixler claims that Masterson regularly forces her to have sex with him and that he & # 39; violent & # 39; when she refused. The couple was pictured in December 2001
A few years later, Bixler shared the story with her now husband Cedric Bixler-Zavala, whom she married in 2009.
& # 39; When she explained it to me, I could just see that she was just so indoctrinated, so entangled in philosophy … Scientology found a very special way to tell her it was her fault, & # 39; said Bixler-Zavala.
& # 39; Because she had gone out with a celebrity, it was much more important to cover his ass. & # 39;
Bixler has now joined Masterson & ex 39; s girlfriend Marie Bobette Riales and two anonymous women in a lawsuit against the actor, the Church of Scientology and her leader, David Miscavige.
The suit claims the women were stalked in a & # 39; conspiracy to hide that Daniel Masterson sexually abused four young women.
The submission states: & # 39; When (Bixler and Riales) came forward to report Masterson crimes, the suspects conspired and systematically stalked, harassed, violated their privacy and that of their family, and deliberately suffered emotional distress and silence and intimidated them. & # 39;
Masterson called the allegations in the court case against him & # 39; more than ridiculous & # 39 ;. He is shown at the Big Bear premiere in West Hollywood in 2017
In the suit, Bixler claims that Masterson would regularly force her to have sex with him and that he & # 39; violent & # 39; became when she refused, quoting once that he dragged her & # 39; naked across their bedroom floor while she detested her appearance & # 39 ;.
& # 39; Then, still naked, he threw her down the hall and locked the bedroom door, & # 39; says the submission.
Bixler said she had an & # 39; ethical program & # 39; had to follow, where she told a church employee about the abuse of Masterson.
She says the employee told her it was her job as Masterson & # 39; s girlfriend & # 39; to give him sex whenever he wanted & # 39; and that if she met this & # 39; these things would not happen & # 39 ;.
After coming forward with her allegations, she says her dog died mysteriously.
An autopsy determined that the dog & # 39; died of unexplained traumatic injuries to her windpipe and esophagus & # 39 ;.
According to legal documents, Bixler was run off the road in June by a car that had followed her.
In the same month, Bixler claims that one of Masterson's friends had threatened to have nude photos taken of her when she was a minor.
Bixler (photo) says she became a Scientologist in 1996 & # 39; per (Masterson & # 39; s) orders & # 39;
In a statement to DailyMail.com this month through Masterson's lawyer, the actor mentioned the allegations & # 39; more than ridiculous & # 39 ;.
& # 39; I'm not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media as if she's been luring me for more than two years. "I will beat her in court – and look forward to it because the public can finally get to know the truth and see how I was trained by this woman," Masterson said.
& # 39; And once her trial is thrown away, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they have caused me and my family. & # 39;
The Church of Scientology told DailyMail.com that the lawsuit & # 39; unfounded & # 39; and that the claims & # 39; ridiculous and sham & # 39; to be.
& # 39; It is an unfair and hallucinating publicity stunt. Leah Remini benefits from these people as pawns in her scam, & said the organization.
Remini, 49, has been one of Scientology's most outspoken critics since she left the Church after 45 years in 2013.
Her reality TV program wants to expose the inner workings of religion.

Riales, who was with Masterson from 2002-2004, also spoke with Remini during the special.
She claims she has experienced threats similar to those of Bixler, including being followed, watched and stolen her garbage after going to the police with her allegations against Masterson in 2017.
She said she decided to come forward after seeing the bullying that Bixler was confronted with online.
& # 39; I could not be quiet and assist someone who I know exactly how she feels, because she has actually shared her story a bit, to a point where I immediately thought: "There is no way in for heaven's sake know that, that's my story, that's my life, "said Riales. & # 39; So I spoke, and it was good to do. & # 39;
She added: “You are sort of a deal with this debt. If I had been harder (or) if I hadn't been so scared of what would have happened. Should I have made more fuss, should I have told more people what was going on, asked more questions? And I didn't. Maybe I could have protected them, and I didn't, so that's hard. & # 39;
Marie Bobette Riales, who dated Masterson from 2002-2004, claims that the actor drugged and abused her during their relationship. She also says that she was stalked by the church after she put forward the accusations. The pair is pictured together in 2003
The other two plaintiffs, identified as Jane Doe # 1 and Jane Doe # 2, encountered Masterson and his alleged abuse between 1999 and 2002.
Jane Doe # 1 claims she might have been drugged by Masterson after he gave her two drinks and ended up alone in his room where she fell asleep.
She claims she woke up when Masterson had sex with her and fought him off.
A few years later, Jane Doe # 1 said she felt disoriented again after a drink that Masterson had given her.
She claims that she became unconscious and woke up when the actor raped her. The suit says she & # 39; tried to fend him off by pushing a pillow in his face, but he pushed it back on her face, making it difficult for her to breathe. & # 39;
She then claims: & # 39; Masterson took a gun from his bedside table, pointed it at her, and told her to be quiet. & # 39;
Jane Doe # 1 claims to have reported the incident to the LAPD on June 6, 2004, but said the Church of Scientology & # 39; mobilized against Jane Doe # 1 to ensure that no charges were filed & # 39 ;.
Jane Doe # 2 has been a member of the Church of Scientology since her childhood and claims that she also felt disoriented after a drink Masterson had given her.
She says in the suit that Masterson sexually attacked her in the shower and in his bedroom.
However, Jane # 2 says she knew from Scientology that she should not report the attack to civilian authorities outside of Scientology & # 39; so she did not make the incident public to the LAPD in 2017.
Since then she claims that her phone and computer have been hacked, her car has been destroyed and has been harassed on social media.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe rarely left the house in the two years since reporting the sexual abuse to the police. & # 39;
Masterson continues to deny all accusations against him since they first came to light in 2017, but they cost him his role in his Netflix series The Ranch after the streaming service fired him.
Masterson is known for his role in That & # 39; 70s Show alongside Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis
The actor was released from The Ranch on Netflix after the allegations came to light in 2017
