He added: “So now they’re going to give him snake duty… I think they think Danny’s a really genuine guy!
“The only problem with Danny is that he’s not very good when he’s hungry or tired, and he’s going to be hungry and tired.”
On the other hand, Georgia also revealed that she had a hard time choosing Danny’s luxury items for the show and that she didn’t choose the ones he would choose himself.
She explained: ‘Because if I tell you this, this man has never been so worried about the fact that he can’t tape his mouth shut in the jungle.
At night he covers his mouth with duct tape. He covers his mouth. It’s supposed to have many, many health benefits… It’s literally like a piece of duct tape. It’s like a huge plaster of your lips.
Danny had been dating Georgia for four years when he proposed to her in 2013 while on holiday in Cyprus.
The couple, who share regular updates of their family life on social media, married in August 2014 and welcomed their son in 2018.
Former Miss England winner Georgia and her son Cooper will travel to Australia to support the star.

Danny and Dean McCullough earned eight stars for the camp as they challenged High Street Of Horrors during Friday’s episode, before one of them faced a big twist.
The radio host, 32, and McFly star finally ended a streak of bad performances in which Dean shouted ‘I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here!’ not once but twice.
As voted by the British public, the duo headed to the Bushtucker trial area to face the challenge, with Danny jokingly asking Dean: “Do you fancy going shopping?”
There were three tents, each with a number of stars to earn for the camp; all they had to do was find them within the time allotted for their purchases.
Dean and Danny stopped first at Grim Grocers, where there were three stars on sale and they had three minutes to find them.
