Dannii Minogue fought back tears as she revealed she identifies as “queer” at the launch of lesbian dating show I Kissed A Girl.
The show, presented by Dannii, 52, will see ten single women live together in a luxurious Italian house in the hope of striking up a romance.
Dannii, who is only known to be in public relationships with men, said at the event: “I identify as queer in a strange way.”
She was responding to some of the girls in the series making it clear that they like the Australian star from the first episode.
Dannii also said: ‘This is very important. There hasn’t been a show for girls in the gay dating world. It’s like we need this to happen. “I hope there are games all over the country.”
