The Channel Nine NRL presenter, 32, now owns the house outright, following the couple’s dramatic split last year, three weeks before they were due to tie the knot.

Nearly a year after their breakup, Danika has refinanced the four-bedroom townhouse into her name, according to a statement The Daily Telegraph Thursday.

Following their split, Danika lived in the contemporary three-level home with her Labrador Charlie, while personal trainer Todd moved back in with his parents.

After purchasing the property together for $1,525,000 in 2021, Danika was able to secure the transfer of ownership at no additional cost.

The stunning townhouse features a state-of-the-art open-plan living room and kitchen that extends out onto a large entertaining terrace that Danika often enjoys.

This comes just days after Danika and her new boyfriend, NRL star Liam Knight, put on a very romantic display in a series of photos shared on social media.

Danika and Liam, 29, who went Instagram official last month, looked every bit the loved-up couple in a gallery of snaps Liam posted online.

Daily Mail Australia was the first to break the news of the new relationship with a very cozy photo of the couple taken in February.
