Danielle Lloyd has revealed how she maintains her slim figure after rejecting cosmetic surgery.
The former Miss GB, 40, has previously undergone liposuction, a Brazilian butt lift, a boob job, an eye lift and jaw tightening procedures.
However, she now refuses to go under the knife again and has even dissolved her lip fillers in pursuit of a more natural look.
In an exclusive chat with MailOnline, the mother of five revealed she has found another method to lose weight – taking ketone supplements.
“They help me feel good about myself and they also burn fat,” she explained.
Danielle Lloyd has revealed her new weight loss trick in an exclusive interview with MailOnline where she explained why she turned her back on cosmetic surgery and lip fillers.
The former Miss GB, 40, has previously undergone liposuction, a Brazilian butt lift, a boob job, an eye lift and jaw tightening procedures (pictured last month).
Ketones are molecules that the liver produces naturally and uses as fuel when it lacks energy from carbohydrates (burning fat for fuel).
In recent months, several celebrities have turned to Ozempic for weight loss: a weekly injection that helps lower blood sugar by helping the pancreas produce more insulin, which can also result in weight loss.
Although Danielle hasn’t followed that path, she confessed: “I wouldn’t say never. But I feel like I know how to lose weight.
‘I go to the gym. I can lose weight pretty quickly because I know how to eat, how to exercise, etc. I take ketones, but I wouldn’t do anything that would put my health at risk.
“I think a lot of people probably do it because I’ve seen a lot of people who look really thin and do it really quickly.”
It was concerns about her health – and that of her children – that also motivated her to decide to stop undergoing surgery.
The model has two sons, Archie, 14, Harry, 10, and George, 13, with ex Jamie O’Hara. She has a son, Ronnie, six, and a daughter, Autumn, two, with husband Michael O’Neill.
She underwent breast augmentation surgery and liposuction after welcoming Ronnie and explained: ‘I got a lot of criticism for my weight gain and that made me want to do it.
‘At the time I was glad I had it because I felt good about myself. But now I look back and think, “Oh my God. I put my life in danger. What would have happened if I hadn’t woken up?”

Danielle explained: “I even dissolved my lips because I feel more comfortable in my own skin now. Having a daughter, I want her to feel like she doesn’t need to change.”
She continued: ‘Michael also told me not to do it anymore, but I don’t want to. I don’t want to go through that.
‘Imagine not waking up and not being with my kids? Or being told, “What happened?” and being told, “Oh, she was having a little cosmetic surgery because she didn’t feel good about herself.” I can’t justify it. I want to be here as long as possible for my kids.
“I’ve even gotten rid of my lips because I feel more comfortable with myself now. Having a daughter, I want her to feel like she doesn’t need to change.”
Danielle has also learned how to deal with trolls.
She confessed: ‘Actually, the harassment hasn’t been that bad anymore. I think it’s because I’ve distanced myself from that world of ‘celebrities’, of going to open an envelope and all that.
“I’m not interested in those things anymore. I’ve just grown up and I’m stable in my family. I’m stable in my relationship. I’ve become a different person now.”
Danielle’s focus remains on her family and she recently learned how important it is to not take their safety for granted.
In October, Danielle was caught up in a terrifying home invasion in which burglars ransacked her home for items including a Richard Mille watch worth £100,000 and a gold Cartier bracelet worth £20,000.
Police believe she was attacked by the same gang who broke into Jack Grealish’s Manchester City home.
Danielle mused: “Imagine not waking up and not being there for my kids? I can’t justify it. I want to be here as long as possible for my kids.”
Danielle explained: “I even dissolved my lips because I feel more comfortable in my own skin now. Having a daughter, I want her to feel like she doesn’t need to change.”
While Danielle and her family were out at the time, the alarm sent alerts to their phones and they watched via an app as the gang broke into their home.
“It was horrible to watch,” he recalls. “They were in and out in 90 seconds. They went straight to my room and ransacked it.”
‘I called my neighbor and he and his son went to the house and avoided the robbers by less than a minute.
“It was probably a good thing that could have happened. They had crowbars and hammers to break the glass and the door.”
Since then, Danielle and her family have moved three times and are currently building their dream home from scratch, hoping to move in next year.
“I couldn’t wait to get out of the house,” he explained. I think it was harder on the kids. Ronnie couldn’t sleep for months at a time. He was in our bed and he was very upset.
Since the robbery, Danielle has been taking extra precautions to prevent it from happening again, being mindful of what she posts on social media and when.
“We had the best security possible at home, but it still happens. You have to be very careful,” he says.
‘I’m trying not to post so much on social media, but after something like that, you never feel 100 percent safe.
“It made me realize that having material things doesn’t matter. I just want to be happy.”
