I also stop eating after 8 pm, which makes a big difference in your results. Water is key to obtaining results, my goal is to consume 2.5/3 liters of water every day.

‘My goal is to take a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. Believe me, even if you can’t go to the gym, still taking steps is still good.

I also have a preprobiotic that I take to keep my gut working better and that helps with weight management, bloating, and immune health.

‘Finally, sleep and rest are as important as all of the above. Poor sleep can lower your metabolism, making it difficult to burn calories. So go to bed at 10pm and get up at 6am.’

‘Just a few simple changes to your lifestyle can make a big difference not only to weight loss but also to your overall health and wellbeing. You will feel better about yourself, you will age better and you will become the best version of yourself.’
