Daniel Stendel was downing shots of tequila with Barnsley fans on Wednesday night just days after being sacked by the club.
The German manager was hailed ‘a legend’ as he was cheered on by a group of supporters at the Garrison bar in Barnsley.
Stendel was seen seeing off the shot before hugging a fan in the clip uploaded to social media.

Fans had chipped in to give Stendel an unofficial leaving party to thank him for his service before he heads back to Germany.

The Northern Irishman has led Motherwell to third place in the Scottish Premiership this season and it is understood he is under serious consideration by the Barnsley owners.
