The TV personality announced the happy news on Sunday after the England player got down on one knee wearing a huge diamond ring.
For her sunny yacht trip, Dani rocked a pretty baby pink and blue lace dress that featured a plunging neckline and a leg slit.
She styled her hair in soft curls and accessorized her look with a pair of oversized vintage-style sunglasses.
Jarrod looked dapper in a short-sleeved shirt, white trousers and gold-framed RayBans.
The pair have been soaking up the sun following England’s defeat to Spain in the Euro 2019 final on Sunday.
The reality TV star was seen in the stands with her father Danny Dyer, 46, and sister Sunnie, 17, to support her boyfriend and England player Jarrod.
But the Three Lions failed to make history and lost 2-1 to Spain, leaving Dani and Sunnie in tears.
The mother of three could be seen with tears in her eyes as she left the stands, while her father Danny put his arm around her to comfort her.
Dani and Jarrod have been dating since 2021 and share one-year-old twin daughters, Summer and Star, while Dani also has a three-year-old son, Santiago, with ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

She showed her support for her right-wing boyfriend by wearing an England shirt emblazoned with his name and number.
The reality star looked every bit the chic WAG as she also sported a white puffy skirt with a cream clutch and her hair was styled in flawless curls.
But she was left as devastated as the rest of the country when England failed to win a Euro trophy for a second time in a row, while Sunnie was also seen wiping her eyes.
Millions of fans packed bars and pubs hoping to finally see England claim their first win since the 1966 World Cup.
Big substitute Cole Palmer had restored the nation’s confidence after scoring a brilliant 73rd-minute equaliser after trailing early in the second half.
Bars and pubs were filled with celebrations, with beers thrown into the air as fans sang “It’s coming home”.
But the hopes and expectations of a nation were dashed after Spain’s Mikel Oyarzabal scored the winner past Jordan Pickford in the 86th minute.

During an appearance on MailOnline’s podcast, Straight To The Comments!, Dani revealed how the footballer gets on with his famous father Danny
She revealed: “It was fine! He knew Jarrod anyway because Jarrod plays for a team he supports. My dad is a West Ham supporter.”
Asked if it would have been a problem if Jarrod played for West Ham’s rivals Millwall, Dani insisted: “No! I don’t know, he wouldn’t mind.”
‘Listen, people always say “oh, I bet your dad loves that because you’re dating someone from West Ham”, but he could be a complete idiot, you know what I mean?
“And it’s not, so I think that was just an advantage. The West Ham thing was an advantage.”
