The first pictures show Dani’s Jeanette cringing in pain and grabbing her stomach during a hospital scene while Mick helps her – with the episode airing next week.

Mick also appeared to be coaching the taxi driver through her breathing during the dramatic scene filmed after Dani welcomed her son Santiago earlier this year.

Dani said having a prosthetic bump for the scene made her miss being pregnant.

Speak with digital spy, she said: ‘To be honest, I first started watching YouTube to see how pregnant women behave and then I realized I was pregnant so I could take better care of myself!

“I loved being pregnant so it was crazy to have a bump again and it made me miss my bump even more!”

Dani also had to learn how to drive Jeanette’s taxi for her one-episode role.

She said: “I was scared, but we did a lot of test runs, so I felt more relaxed when it came to filming. I’m not the most confident driver, so they kept an eye on me. I certainly won’t be a taxi driver any time soon!’

Meanwhile, Harry Redknapp confirmed in May that he will be starring in upcoming episodes of the soap.

In photos from the set, Harry posed next to the sign in front of the show’s famous Albert Square and also stands in front of the Queen Vic pub with his hands in his pockets.

He joined the soap as a friend of Danny’s character Mick, and it’s rumored the pair are already “inseparable.”

EastEnders continues on Tuesday at 7:30pm with a double bill on BBC One.
