Dancing With The Stars 2024 Live: Contestants Battle It Out In Brutal New Instant Dance Challenge As They Face Elimination Ahead Of Semi Final

ABC celebrates the 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday night with a new two-hour episode that will test the contestants like never before.

Only six stars and their professional partners remain: NFL star Danny Amendola and Witney Carson, The Bachelor alum Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson, NBA star Dwight Howard and Daniella Karagach, actress and singer Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong, Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten and Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold.

While stars and their partners typically have a full week to prepare for their dance, they’ve been thrown the ultimate curveball with the Instant Dance Challenge.

During tonight’s episode, they will discover the dance they will perform minutes before going to the ballroom, in this new and brutal challenge that will test their dancing mettle.
