Former Dance Moms star Christi Lukasiak has reportedly been arrested for driving under the influence after “crashing her car into a tree” in Pennsylvania.
Christi, 47, who appeared on four seasons of the hit Lifetime reality series alongside her 23-year-old daughter Chloe, is believed to have been arrested by police on June 27 after being involved in a crash that “left a telephone pole hanging over her car,” according to TMZ.
The outlet, which obtained a copy of the Westmoreland County police report, said officers noticed Christi had “bloodshot and glassy eyes and slurred speech” and that one of the officers “reported he had the odor of alcohol on his breath.”
Christi, a mother of two, reportedly admitted to consuming two glasses of wine before getting into her car, according to the police report, and took a preliminary breath test, which came back positive.
Officers also asked her to perform several field sobriety tests, which reportedly indicated she was impaired and unable to safely operate her car.

Christi is due to appear at a preliminary hearing on August 13, according to We weekly.
During her time on the show, Christi was often seen enjoying a glass of wine with the other moms and often made jokes about being drunk.
On one occasion during the third season, dance teacher Abby Lee Miller suspended Christi and her daughter Chloe from the team after the mother of two got into an altercation with another mother on the street in New Orleans while enjoying a day of drinking.
As she reflects on her time on the reality series, Huffington Post In 2012, she denied rumours that she was a “heavy drinker”.
“If there’s one thing I’d like to change from last season it would be my drinking jokes,” she wrote. “It’s just what I do, I’m very sarcastic.”
‘My jokes, along with some scenes of Kelly and I having a glass of wine, really created a buzz that I was a heavy drinker.
-That’s not the case. I don’t even have a bottle of wine at home.
“But I do enjoy having a cocktail with friends, I’m a grown-up. But I would definitely change that perception if I could.”
During her time on the show, Christi was often seen enjoying a glass of wine with the other moms and often made jokes about being drunk.
In 2012, speaking about her time on the reality show to the Huffington Post, she debunked rumours that she was a “heavy drinker”. She was seen on the show with her daughter Chloe in 2011.
Christi admitted that she had a hard time dealing with the enormous attention the show put on her and her daughter.
She said she was “criticised for everything” – “from her decision to do the show, to her parenting skills and the type of jam she used on her sandwiches”.
“At first I read everything that was written and I was very upset by what people were saying,” he continued.
“But I had to remind myself who I really am and be comfortable with myself. Now I just stay away from the Internet.”
Christi and Chloe left the show after season four after Christi had a furious fight with Abby over allegations that the dance teacher was bullying her son.
Christi erupted in anger after Abby said her daughter had “no technique” backstage at Nationals.
“That’s your fault. You’re her technique teacher,” Christi shouted. “Don’t say horrible things about my daughter.”
“Before these kids, you were a nobody. Guess who made you famous? Them. (My daughter) has more class in her pinky finger than you have in that big 45-year-old body.”
Abby responded by telling him that Chloe was “finished” and “ruined,” which only angered Christ further.
“How dare you? You don’t know anything about my daughter,” he snapped as Abby walked away.
“What kind of human being can she be? She can’t stand my daughter doing something in spite of her.”
Christi and Chloe made a brief reappearance in season seven, and most recently returned for Lifetime’s Dance Moms: The Reunion, though Christi was not present for filming and only joined via FaceTime.
