UFC president Dana White dug deep into his pockets and donated $100,000 to Donald Trump’s fundraiser for Hurricane Helene victims.
In late September, the hurricane devastated the southeastern United States, claiming lives and families in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.
As victims of the calamity wait to recover, the former president of the United States launched an effort with a GoFundMe campaign as an official response to MAGA supporters offering financial aid to those affected.
Among the fundraiser’s top donors was White with his six-figure giving.
White was not the only prominent figure to donate to the cause. Kid Rock donated $20,000 and Bill Ackman donated $100,000. Meanwhile, former US Senator Kelly Loeffler and investor Steve Witkoff donated a whopping $500,000 each.

Hurricane Helene devastated the southeastern states, claiming the lives of more than 130 people.
The campaign description reads: “President Donald J. Trump has launched this GoFundMe campaign as an official response for MAGA supporters to offer financial assistance to their fellow Americans affected by Hurricane Helene.”
“With so many people across the Southeastern U.S. facing challenges following the storm, President Trump is out in the communities to see the consequences firsthand.”
“All donations will go toward helping those most affected by Hurricane Helene. Any level of generosity will be a great help to our fellow Americans who are suffering.”
White was one of many prominent figures who donated to Trump’s hurricane relief fundraiser.
While the fundraiser aims to raise $1 million, as of Tuesday night it had reached more than $3.6 million.
According to the Associated Press, Helene has tragically claimed the lives of more than 130 people.
White and Trump’s relationship is not a surprise, as the latter is a regular fixture at UFC’s biggest events.
White also introduced his friend at the Republican National Convention in July, as Trump hopes to make his second run for the White House.
