Date:

A father embarks on a desperate search to find his daughter’s doll, which has a recording of her late mother’s heartbeat – after accidentally donating it to a charity shop.

A father has revealed his desperate search to find a teddy bear for his four-year-old daughter that contains a recording of her late mother’s heartbeat.

Taylor Kennedy, of Tennessee, said his daughter, whose name has not been released, gifted the bear after her mother died at the hands of her grandmother.

Little did he realize that the Build-a-Bear was inside a donation bag before it was delivered at the Good Will store in Tazewell.

The family is now desperately searching for the game, which the shop appears to have sold out, even putting up a sign in the shop window begging for it to be returned.

Talking to WATE-TVbegged Taylor to return the bear, saying it was the only piece of her mother the little girl had, adding, “Please, if you find it or see anyone has one, just check it out or turn it (in)”.

Meanwhile, he talks to the people“When the items come in, our employees automatically want to get them out on the floor,” said Cindy Dodson, Goodwill Industries-Knoxville representative.

(The family) didn’t realize it was there until they went to get the bear.

“And it was already sold out by the time they went back to the store to see if it was there.”

She added that the games are often sold “like hotcakes” because they are “so special”.

A sign has now been placed outside the store requesting the bear’s return and has been shared with her Social mediaWhere the virus quickly spread.

The sign read: We are looking for a Build-A-Bear that accidentally died and was accidentally donated.

This is the only thing a late mother has for a little girl.

Please, if you have it, bring it back to this store, so we can be reunited. You will be compensated.

“This bear has a mother’s heartbeat in it.”

Meanwhile, a short pencil caption read below: “Daughter sold 4 years and really wants her back.”

The post quickly went viral, with thousands of people sharing the story on their own pages in a desperate search for the game.

Although calls and letters have been made to the store about bear sightings across the country, the store manager said she still believes a resident may have purchased the game, and it may still be in the local area.
