Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty trailer comes with an unexpected guest
It’s time to head back into Night City for round 2. Solomon Reed is with us for the ride.
The Game Awards announced the exciting news about Cyberpunk 2077 DLC Phantom Liberty. We should be able get it in, fortunately. 2023. Fans were not the only ones to be surprised.
Cyberpunk has recently made a phoenix-like recover. After A successful Netflix series and many great patches later, the glitchy mess that we all remember when it launched seems distant. The trailer shows us that we are back in the same dark, bloody, and dingy city we all love and know.
I hope that that memory remains a memory because the trailer for Phantom Liberty is too beautiful for any glitches. The crisp quality, the gruesome fight scenes, and the grotty streets wet with blood and rain are all enough to make this trailer worth watching. But CD Projeckt RED has another card.
The obvious is Jonny Silverhands, played by Keanu Reeves. But there’s a new favorite among the fans.
Solomon Reed’s addition looks like a great step for the DLC. It also makes use of the incredible talents of IdrisElba. I couldn’t be more excited.
Video games are now using well-known actors. Think of Rami Malek and The Quarry as examples. Studio owners may be concerned about this, but the talent can help you tell the story.
Flashback to Until Dawn. Rami Malek’s performance was amazing. While the entire cast was fantastic, Rami Malek’s performance in Until Dawn was my favorite.
Let’s hope Idris is as good as I think he is. I am so excited to get back into the new Night City.
