The 2025 Critics Choice Awards have received another new date, after the event was previously postponed twice due to the Los Angeles fires.
The awards ceremony, chaired by Chelsea Handler, 49, will now take place on February 7.
The organization shared a press release on Friday that reads, “The Critics Choice Association announced today that the 30th annual Critics Choice Awards will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025.”
The note continued: ‘The Critics Choice Awards, hosted by Chelsea Handler, will air LIVE on E! on Friday, February 7, 2025 (7:00 – 10:00 pm ET/PT) from Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
Added: ‘The show will also be available to stream the following day on Peacock.
“There will no longer be a two-hour ‘Live from E!: Critics Choice Awards’ red carpet special before the broadcast.”

The original rescheduled date was January 26.
The show was scheduled for Sunday, January 12 at Barker Hangar and would feature a star-studded lineup.
Prior to the date of the show, it was rescheduled for Sunday, January 26.
But because of the venue’s proximity to fire-ravaged Pacific Palisades, ceremony officials decided to postpone the show until February.
Handler will host the awards show for the third year in a row, with Wicked, Conclave and Shogun leading the nominations.
As of Friday night, the Palisades Fire is at 31% containment and the Eaton Fire in Altadena/Pasadena is at 65% containment, according to Watch Duty.
The Los Angeles premieres of Wolf Man, Unstoppable, Better Man, The Pitt, On Call and The Last Showgirl have been canceled as the city deals with the unprecedented devastation caused by the fires.
The annual BAFTA Tea Party in Beverly Hills was also canceled and the AFI Awards were postponed.
Beyoncé even postponed the January 14 announcement she had been joking since her Christmas NFL Day Halftime Performance.
