Cristiano Ronaldo was left furious as Al-Nassr fell six points behind in the Saudi Pro League title race.

Ronaldo opened the scoring in Al-Nassr’s 2-1 home defeat to Al-Qadsiah after taking advantage of goalkeeper Koen Casteels’ doubts.

However, Julian Quiñones soon equalized for Al-Qadsiah before former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored what proved to be the winning goal shortly after the break.

Al-Nassr are six points behind league leaders Al-Hilal, who have played a game less and will face Al-Khaleej on Saturday.

Ronaldo has not won a league title since the 2019-20 campaign, when he was at Juventus, and it looks like his long wait may continue.

As usual, Ronaldo has made a significant contribution for Al-Nassr this season, scoring seven goals in ten league games so far.

Al-Nassr will return to action on Monday when they face Al-Gharafa in the AFC Champions League Elite.
