Cristiano Ronaldo arrived at Juventus’ training ground on Friday morning for a decisive day of talks as he approaches his sensational move to Manchester City this summer.
The 36-year-old – who is strongly linked with a move to the Premier League champions and has reportedly reached an agreement with the club – arrived at Juventus’ training ground around 9.20am.
He is believed to have stayed “40 minutes to say goodbye to his teammates” before leaving for their team practice scheduled for 10:45am.

The news that Ronaldo has been linked with City came less than 24 hours after Kane’s potential transfer to Pep Guardiola’s side failed.
The Tottenham striker promised his immediate future to Spurs via social media – he said he will be ‘100 per cent focused’ on helping the club achieve success this season.
As a result, Manchester City have turned their attention to Ronaldo, while negotiations for the Portugal international are still underway.
According to air sportsRonaldo arrived at the Juventus training ground around 9:20 this morning for a decisive day of talks.

Ronaldo previously emptied his Juventus locker in a bid to leave the club,
Several fans were seen waiting outside Juventus’ training ground to receive updates on the situation and beg their star striker to stay.
It is believed Ronaldo will miss team training scheduled for 10:45 am as he continues to discuss his future at the club.
However, with just a few days to go before the transfer window, Ronaldo has reportedly taken matters into his own hands to push through a deal.
Sports post previously revealed that Ronaldo had already emptied his locker at Juventus after telling the Italian club he no longer wants to play for them.
As a result, he will not be available to play for the Old Lady in their match against Empoli this weekend.
The release of their five-time Ballon d’Or winner – who still has a 10-month contract in Turin – could benefit Juventus as it would cut their wage bill amid financial concerns at the club.
However, Manchester City will only sign the 36-year-old on a free transfer if Juventus drop their £25million demand and Ronaldo accept a £500,000 a week cut in his salary.

While there are still plenty of hurdles to overcome for the deal to go through, City players would be excited about his potential arrival.
Sports post previously reported how the City players had discussed the prospect of playing alongside the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
The Telegraph reports that the talisman’s attacker has been ‘the topic of conversation’ during Thursday’s training, asking Ronaldo’s Portugal and former Juve team-mate Joao Cancelo how he trains and what work he does outside the training pitch.
The report adds that the players believe his recent role as Orthodox number 9 will benefit the team immensely, just as Harry Kane would have done, had his summer move not collapsed.
