In addition to his international cricket career, he played first-class and List A cricket for the Queensland Bulls and club cricket for several Melbourne teams.
One of his most memorable moments came in the 1997 Mercantile Mutual Cup, where his spectacular one-handed catch to dismiss NSW batsman Phil Emery earned him widespread praise and the title of cricket’s “catch of the century”.
“We love the location and the house gave everyone a chance to have an area to themselves and then we were able to get back together as a family,” Dale shared.
