Joe Biden has been criticized for “creepy” comments he made about a young girl on Friday during a speech at a Virginia military base.
The commander in chief, 78, went off-script to designate the “ elementary school age ” girl as he delivered a speech at the Langley-Eustis joint base prior to Memorial Day.
‘Love those barrettes in your hair, man,’ the president said to the girl sitting at the side of the podium
“I’ll tell you something, look at her, she looks like she’s 19 years old and sits there like a little cross-legged lady,” Biden continued bizarrely.
The girl’s mother reportedly introduced Biden to the stage ahead of his speech. Her full name and age have not been released publicly.
Images of Biden’s strange comments were shared The Post Millennial’s Twitter page, with many users troubled by what they heard.
“You president people … there’s a reason they don’t let him talk in front of cameras very often …” one said.

A second person agreed: “This would be front-page news in the New York Times and the lead story on CNN for two weeks if Trump did this. And no, this is not whataboutism, ‘commented one person.
Another defended Biden, but admitted to media bias.
‘He’s socially awkward. He says it like he’s trying to be nice. Innocent in his head, meanwhile everyone is so like ‘Uhhh what ?? the person wrote on Twitter.
‘[But I] I have to agree with some of the comments here. If Trump had said it, it would have been front page news. That’s how biased our news outlets are. ‘
The president’s press team has not addressed the comment.

During his presidential campaign, three women also came forward accusing him of inappropriate behavior.
Biden responded with a public statement: “In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, displays of affection, support, and comfort.
And not once – never – did I think I was acting inappropriately. If it is suggested that I did, I will listen respectfully. But it was never my intention. ‘
Former Senate official Tara Reade has also accused the president of assaulting her while she was working for him in 1993. He has vehemently denied the allegation on multiple occasions.
