A British documentary filmmaker who pretended to be drunk to expose the dangers women face in Magaluf has described the moment three men agreed to “go for it” when they found her slumped on a beach lounger.
Journalist Ellie Flynn went undercover in the new film ‘Magaluf Undercover: Predators and Parties’ to expose the “underbelly of predators” in the Majorcan tourist spot.
One particularly disturbing scene captured the moment Ellie was approached by two local men in the early hours of the morning while she pretended to be passed out on a sun lounger on the beach.
Despite her apparent condition, cameras showed how a man blatantly took advantage of Ellie and tried to take advantage of her.
Although the filmmaker chased him away, he was captured approaching a third man and saying in Spanish: ‘She’s completely drunk… Let’s go for it!’, before returning to the sun lounger where Ellie was lying.

“If you want, I can keep you company,” he told her, a moment that, according to her, left her “upset and scared.”
writing in the sun, The documentary filmmaker said: “I had seen the first two together, but the sudden appearance of another and having no idea at the time if they were together, was enough for me to notify security so they could remove me.”
Ellie also described how she felt as if she had “experienced an orchestrated attempt to attack drunk women alone on a night out in Magaluf.”
But his terrifying encounter with the three men on the beach was not an isolated event.
For three days, Ellie, accompanied by a film crew while she disguised herself as a drunken reveler, secretly filmed in nightclubs, on the Strip and on Magaluf beach after dark.
The team documented several sinister cases in which Ellie was followed and harassed by men.
Ellie said she noticed a “pattern” in the behavior of some men at the party venue.
One night, Ellie said a group of men watched her for ten minutes as she collapsed outside a fast food store, before one of them told her he had a car.
“Why would this man, who has been watching me for several minutes and can see that I am apparently drunk, trying to get me into a vehicle?” she wrote in The Sun.
The Channel 4 documentary, which premieres on Wednesday, tells of the sinister and predatory dangers that drunk and vulnerable female tourists often encounter in Magaluf.
“He repeatedly asked me why I was alone, where my classmates were, and suggested he could help me, all while telling me I was beautiful and much closer than I was comfortable with.”
But it’s not just the upcoming Channel 4 documentary that details the tendency of women to be attacked in Magaluf.
During the summer, several cases of rape were reported in this tourist spot.
A British tourist was allegedly raped by a man twice her age who intercepted her as she returned to her holiday apartment after a drunken night out with friends in Magaluf.
Another British woman was raped and assaulted on a beach after separating from her friends in the party area of the Punta Ballena resort.
The suspect is said to have picked her up and taken her to the beach, where he allegedly raped her before stealing her mobile phone.
In April last year, an Italian man was arrested on suspicion of raping a 38-year-old British woman on a beach near Magaluf after luring her from a nearby bar.
The 20-year-old was arrested after the victim complained that he had forced himself on her after a night out in Palmanova, near the famous tourist resort.
The Majorcan region of Calvià, where Magaluf is located, has the highest number of reports of sexual assaults per inhabitant in all of Spain.
This party spot on the Spanish island of Mallorca is famous for its drinking culture, which is often propagated by foreign tourists, particularly British and Germans.
Images emerged over the summer showing shocking scenes of passed out Britons collapsed on pavements and inside kebab shops.
