Victoria registered two new local Covid cases on Saturday after lifting many of the restrictions earlier this week.

While one of those cases was quarantined during their contagious period, the other was not, visiting a shopping center in eastern Melbourne and a Woolworths store in Devon Plaza in Doncaster.

Both sites are now Tier 1 exposure sites and anyone who visited them on Wednesday, July 28 from 10:20am to 11:25am will be required to undergo 14 days of testing and isolation.

Both cases are related to known outbreaks.

More to come.
