Others said Love’s work in the ’90s stood on its own merits.

“Guys I love Taylor more but it’s ridiculous to call Courtney Love a nobody,” one user said. ‘She is an icon. And saying that she is just the ex-wife of a famous guy is incorrect and misogynistic. Listen to Hole’s Live Through This album. Pitchfork gave it a 10 for a reason. Masterpiece.’
