A couple who met after moving to Bali have revealed that they have only eaten fruit for more than three years and say they feel "elevated" by their natural diet.
Tina Stoklosa, 39, from Warsaw, Poland, explained how she first discovered the frugiferous diet when she was looking for a cleanup before Christmas five years ago.
She said she quickly discovered that she had more energy after trying it for a week, and that she was very happy to feel "good" about her diet.
Two years later, the interior design architect decided to move to Bali to fully commit to his fruity lifestyle without distractions from the Western world.
He discovered that he soon lost weight, going from 13 1 lb to 8 1 lb, and a size of 16 to 8 in the United Kingdom, despite struggling with the conventional diet at home.
While in Bali, she met her toyboy boyfriend Simon Beun, 26, of Izegem, Belgium, who sent her a message after discovering the fruity diet.

The couple now only eat sweet fruits, consuming between 2,000 and 4,000 calories per day, while quenching their thirst with fresh coconut water.
They say they did not brush their teeth in two years, since the fiber of the fruit cleanses them, and they claim that other benefits include curing depression and other chronic diseases.
Tina explained how her fruit diet helped her maintain her weight, after struggling with food.
"I have been overweight in my adult life, participating in cycles of binge eating and dieting that in turn only grow and feel more helpless each year, despite my successful career in interior design, I was single at 36 years old" , He said.

"While researching a green smoothie recipe for the first time, I found a girl online who only ate fruit, and then I found a whole group of people online eating this way and calling themselves fruitarians.
"The vast majority of them looked incredibly healthy, and they had so much energy that they chose to be endurance athletes." I was intrigued, and decided to do a weight loss cleanup before Christmas, a week before, just with fruit.
Tina said she felt the positive effects of eating only fruit, even after only a few days.
"I felt incredible that week, light, optimistic, even high, I walked 30 cm above the ground, I felt like I was in love with everything, this diet was worth it even for the mental game," he said.
"I decided never to go back to" normal "food, it's easier said than done, [and in the] the first two years I fell into food cooked hundreds of times. "
However, Tina says that her diet has helped her cope with the weight problems with which she has struggled most of her life.

"Since I was preteen and until I was 36, my unique approach to life was getting thinner, the aggressiveness of my search was exacerbated by the fact that the more I dieted, the more I became overweight," he said.
"I got involved in periods of overeating, purging and restraining for more than two decades, trapped in this cycle of evil, none wiser with each rodeo, eventually I reached more than 13 stones, which are five heavier stones than I am. now.
"It does not matter now, now that the peso is gone forever, I do not even think about things related to weight, and that's why I talk about it so few times." What is interesting, now that my body has reached its ideal weight, my weight has not changed in the least in three years.
"With little or no exercise I can eat as much as my boyfriend, a twenty-six-year-old man, and not gain weight." Advantages of the fruitarian lifestyle? Certainly. Weight maintenance is so easy on the fruit.
Previously vegetarian, Simon said he found the transition to an easy frugical diet.
He explained how he discovered fruitarianism while training for a marathon during his senior year of college.

Despite the claims, doctors have already warned that a vegan diet or raw food will not cure cancer.
However, Tina said that the claims of the raw food diet are numerous, commenting:[There are] great savings on health insurance, medicines for medical care, alcohol, kitchen equipment and ingredients, cosmetics; once you introduce minimalism into your diet, it extends to other areas of your life.
"The diet challenges everything we believe about food and our culture, which focuses on cooking food, so once you have broken that taboo, you feel liberated to challenge other ideas that you thought were resolved in our society.
"When you eat whole fruit, the fiber in the fruit cleans your teeth, I do not brush my teeth either," When I went to a checkup after three years, the dentist called two other dentists to show them my teeth: my teeth were in such good shape I could not believe it.
"But please do not try this with dried fruit, as this sticks to your teeth and makes them rot."

Giving advice to others who want to try the lifestyle, Tina said: "A very important part of this is getting our favorite fruit of the moment and the best quality fruit at every meal."
"You can not do this diet in apples if you hate apples, it can not be done in average quality fruits, because you will not get enough calories or nutrients to feel satisfied.
"As a general rule, tropical fruits are the sweetest and tastiest, which is what encouraged our fruit trips to the tropics, we traveled from one region to the next following the fruit seasons, until now we chose to stay in the southeast of Asia.
& # 39; Sometimes we spend most of the day looking for fruit. Some we buy with the locals and we ourselves look for in the jungle. There is nothing more exciting than this for us. What we notice is that the higher the quality of the fruit, the better, the more ecstatic we feel.
"When I eat the average fruit, I feel average." When I eat incredible fruit, I look in the mirror and think "who is this amazing person looking at me?".
She continued: "If I could ask you to make a change, eat fruit for breakfast, you'll feel better." Once you master it, substitute lunch for only fruit.
If you have serious illnesses that cure or are overweight, consider a diet only for fruit for 30 days and observe the incredible results.
"At least they do not consume animals, it is the meat that is the main cause of all diseases in this world, everything related to our anatomy tells us that we are frugivorous, and that is why people are getting sick as much as animals that consume" .
Focus on eating your favorite and high quality fruit at all times. Take a couple of years to make the transition completely to raw vegan, it will not be easy, but it's worth it.
"Once you become raw vegan, considering living in the tropics at least part-time and going to fruit festivals, you do not want to be lonely and we want to support you within our affectionate and affectionate tribe."
