Martin was arrested on January 27 on charges of voluptuous and voluptuous exhibition and a ban on certain acts related to obscenity.
The arrest took place after the alleged victim, a young girl, told the police that Martin had exposed himself while the two were sitting on a couch at his home in New Port Richey on November 1, 2019.
The child also claimed that Martin caressed himself and shared pornographic photos.
Reportedly, the girl spent several nights at Martin’s house. She reported the incident to her mother, who contacted the sheriff’s office.
Martin was released three hours after his arrest on a bail of $ 15,000.
