Loretta Lynn’s grandson Ethan Lyell has officially put his lakeside mansion in Dallas, Texas, back on the market for $6.95 million.
According global mansionHe had initially listed the English-style abode for sale in April for $7.75 million.
Lyell is one of Loretta Lynn’s 26 grandchildren, and in October 2022, the country music legend, known for hits like Coal Miner’s Daughter, passed away at the age of 90 in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
The six-bedroom property which sits on a 2-acre lot has been listed by both Damon and Megan Williamson of The Dallas Agency.
Ethan’s home, which he purchased in 2020, is located in a gated community called The Landing next to Grapevine Lake.

After purchasing the home, which was built in 1998, Ethan spent $5.5 million on renovations before initially putting it on the market earlier this year.
In addition to six bedrooms, the mansion also features seven bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, a spacious backyard pool, relaxing outdoor living areas, and several gardens.
For a unique addition to the estate, Lyell also built a “puppy condo” for her five dogs, which includes individual apartments.
Tenants also have access to a game room, two connected kitchens, as well as a fitness center that offers panoramic views of the courtyard and trees.
According to the listing, the lot is “adorned with more than 5,000 trees, shrubs and perennials, designed to evoke the charm of a classic English mansion.”

They also welcomed six children: Betty Sue, Jack Benny Lynn, Ernest Ray, Clara Marie and twins Peggy and Patsy. His two oldest children, Betty and Jack, are deceased.
Loretta also had a total of 26 grandchildren, one of whom auditioned for American Idol.
A few months earlier, in August of this year, it was revealed that Loretta’s granddaughter, Lynn Massey, had passed away at the age of 64 due to a “long and difficult health battle.”
Her death was announced on Instagram and also read, “Our family is so grateful for the prayers and love you continually show us,” although the type of illness Lynn had suffered was not revealed.
