The actress, 40, who plays Sarah Platt in the ITV soap, was seen for the first time since her on-screen mother Helen Worth left the cobbles earlier this week after an incredible 50 years.
Tina looked sporty in a Dalmatian-print sports bra and a pair of burgundy gym shorts for the intense training session.
She put on a cream-colored, thick-knit cardigan that had striped panels on the sleeves and the number 78 as she headed to her car.
