Georgia May Foote left fans concerned after revealing she has been battling a painful illness for almost a week.
The former Coronation Street actress, 33, best known for playing Katy Armstrong in the ITV soap, took to Instagram to share her symptoms, including severe stomach cramps and an upset stomach.
On Saturday night, Georgia wrote from her bed: ‘Day 5 with a really bad stomach.
‘I tried to eat my first proper meal since Christmas Day and my tummy said no. Has this happened to anyone else, how do I stop it? The cramps are very painful.
He added: “I’m literally here looking for advice because this is getting long.”
Georgia later appeared on her couch, wrapped in a gray jumper, and told her followers: “This seems to be the story with the most responses.” Everyone keeps talking about this flu going around, but I don’t have the flu. I just don’t know what this is.’

Georgia also detailed her home remedies, including a hot water bottle and coke, while her followers recommended other options like mint tea and gingerbread cookies. He promised to stock up on their suggestions, hoping to find relief.
A few hours later, Georgia showed up in her car without makeup to give her fans an update and show them what she had purchased in hopes of a speedy recovery.
She said: ‘Yes, I am very aware that I look like death. You requested an update so I thought I’d show you what I got. I spoke a chemist; He said this is the best I can get.
“I asked him about ginger because I eat it every morning anyway and he said it might be irritating so look for it in something, so I chose these cookies, which I hope will stay down.
‘I’ve opted for gluten-free products, so there’s no chance of a tummy ache. I bought some kefir yogurt like everyone suggested. It’s a bit like Actimel but more yogurt.
“I bought some rice cakes just for a snack, some rehydration drinks, basically the same as dioralite, just six quid cheaper, some Buscopan as it said it would help, and some paracetamol.”
This is not the first time the actress, who starred in Coronation Street from 2010 to 2015, has shared her health problems.
