Convicted who killed the dead rookie agent, 22, left tune said the police beat him with "ultrasonic waves".

The police killer who ambushed the life of rookie officer Natalie Corona left a note and claimed that the police had targeted him with "ultrasonic waves meant to bark dogs."

Kevin Douglas Limbaugh, 48, from Davis, California, was identified as the man who killed and killed Corona on Thursday, reacting to a routine collision between vehicles, reported SFGate.

When the police entered Limbaugh, he committed suicide with a shot at the head, said Darren Pytel, head of the Davis police. The letter of one paragraph was found in his apartment.

"The Davis police have beaten me with ultrasonic waves meant to bark dogs", is the typed note. & # 39; I have informed the press, internal affairs and even the FBI about this. I am very sensitive to the effect on my inner ear. I have done my best to appease them, but they have been going on for years and I can not live like that anymore. & # 39;

& # 39; There have been many rumors about why this happened, why he did what he did, and we hope this throws some light, & # 39; said Paul Doroshov. He said it was unclear when the note he left behind could have been written.

Researchers also found two semi-automatic pistols in the apartment, a 9 mm and a .45 caliber, said Doroshov. From the descriptions of arms of those witnesses, Limbaugh appears in his ambush attack on Thursday.

Prior to this incident, Limbaugh was arrested last September on a criminal charge of the battery with serious personal injury for punching a colleague in the face, reported the Sacramento Bee.

After a plea agreement he received an eight-day prison sentence, a probation period and was given the assignment to hand in a semi-automatic assault rifle.

On Thursday, 22-year-old officer Natalie Corona was shot down by Limbaugh after responding to a crash involving several vehicles in the Fifth and C area near Davis' center at 6.45pm.

Corona was rushed to UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, where she died later.

After the shooting, the police gave a local hiding place, while officers spent hours searching the city in search of the suspect.

The shooter was found dead by a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a house, after an hour-long impasse with the police at 1.30 pm on Friday.

Officers say that the suspect has repeatedly ignored the orders to leave the house with his hands up.

Corona, whose father is 26 years veteran of Colusa's sheriff office, graduated from the Sacramento Police Department's training academy in July, was sworn in on August 2 and completed her field training just before Christmas, the Sacramento Bee reported.
