But 2018 groom Dean Wells claims that the entire show is “fake” and he doesn’t understand why viewers didn’t understand.

Dean was cast as the “villain” on Married At First Sight 2018 because of his chauvinistic views.

He caused further controversy when he cheated on his “wife” Tracey Jewel with another bride Davina Rankin.

After filming, Dean claimed that his company suffered financially as a direct consequence of his portrayal of Nine’s social experiment.
