Controversial The Block bidder Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli announced he was leaving the show for good after Sunday night’s thrilling finale.
But during In an interview on A Current Affair on Monday night, the billionaire businessman revealed the only condition that could attract him back to the Channel Nine show.
“If they never call me “Mr. Lambo, “I will return to The Block,” Portelli told Seb Costello, before confirming that he was definitely “retired” from the show.
“I’m 100 percent done,” the 35-year-old added.
Portelli first attracted attention in 2022, when he arrived at the Omar and Oz auction in a yellow Lamborghini, earning him his striking nickname.
He made history on Sunday night when he snapped up all of Block’s Phillip Island homes for a staggering $15.03 million during the finale of the Channel Nine show.
It has revealed it will be giving away all the homes in a massive ‘resort giveaway’ through its LMCT+ raffle business.

He was all smiles as he leaned against his vehicle holding an LMCT+ banner with a “No Vacancies” sign artfully captured in the image.
The Portelli ‘rewards club’ has made billions watching its customers pay for different levels of membership to receive a series of entries into luxury gifts.
Portelli has been buying block houses for three seasons and giving them away in his raffles.
During an interview on A Current Affair on Monday night, the billionaire businessman joked that he would return if he was never called “Mr. Lambo” again.
He confessed The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Monday morning that he doesn’t even like Phillip Island and that’s why he’s giving away the five properties, packaged as “resort,” in the draw.
The shocking confession came when presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson asked the businessman: ‘So what are you going to do with all these houses, Adrian?’
“Well, I was thinking about opening my own resort, but I’m actually going to give it to one of my clients,” Adrian responded.
Kyle Sandilands explained: ‘That’s what he does. Every time he buys these houses he gives them to one of his clients… It’s part of a contest (LMCT+).’
“We give them away and someone takes it,” Adrian said, before criticizing the location where The Block was filmed this year.
“I’m not a big fan of Phillip Island. It’s a little complicated for me. “I can’t be bothered to drive to that point,” he said.

Meanwhile, his co-stars also walked out of the auction and pocketed millions thanks to Adrian.
Courtney and Grant Freeman started auction day with a surprising victory and also sold their property to the billionaire for a whopping $3.3 million.
This sale gave the couple an incredible $1.35 million profit on their $1.95 million reserve, instantly propelling them to The Block’s all-time top earners.

Meanwhile, Ricky Recard and Haydn Wise were visibly frustrated after landing fourth place in the auction, with Ricky declaring it a “worst case scenario.”
However, Adrian once again came to the rescue and snapped up her home for $2.7 million.
This sale netted the boys a solid profit of $750,000, adding them to the list of big winners of the season.
