Contigo has received 149 reports of the transparent silicone spout on the Contigo Kids Cleanable Water Bottles, the Consumer Product Safety Commission reported.

The report said at least 18 spouts were found in children's mouths and parents are told to immediately stop using the recalled water bottles and take them away from children.

The bottles in question were sold nationwide from April 2018 to June 2019 in Costco, Walmart, Target and other stores and online.

The recalled bottles have a black base and a black cover over the transparent spout, while non-affected bottles have different colors.

They come in three different sizes – 13oz, 14oz and 20oz.

The bottles were sold separately or in a pack of two or three for $ 9 to $ 24.

They have colored plastic, graphically covered plastic, stainless steel or colored stainless steel.

Each bottle has Contigo on the rim and on the font of the bottle on the bottom.
