Constance Hall has complained about her husband’s lack of effort in household chores after the couple moved back in together eight months ago.

The Perth mother of six feels like she’s “floating” juggling childcare, helping with projects, making dinner and everything in between.

As her husband Denim Cooke asks her how she can help, Constance claimed she always needs to tell him what to do and “micromanage” his contributions.

‘For more than seven years I have been tired of hearing myself say the same thing: “I don’t want to have to tell you what to do. You are not my employee, I am not the manager of our house.” ‘, he wrote in a long post on Facebook.

“We run it together. Use your eyes and see what needs to be done. Take away some of the mental load I’m drowning in.”

Controversial mummy blogger Constance Hall said she is “not the CEO” of her family and wishes she didn’t have to tell her husband Denim Cooke how to help.

Constance said she doesn't know how she'll manage if she also needs to review her assignments.

“He tells me, ‘I’ll do whatever you want. “Just tell me and I’ll do it,” as he settles into the tip that once looked like a lounge, he continued.

‘This is a good example: Denz does the laundry. So you wash it and dry it, but sorting it is too difficult because “I don’t know who is what.” Do you think I know? Most wear the same size, they are stolen or exchanged with each other. It’s a fucked up job.

She added that she is “not the CEO” of the family and that Denim is “not an employee” who can clock in when his work is done.

‘An employee who gets paid will fucking just leave a note saying, ‘Sorry, I didn’t know who owned what,’ leaving the boss to resolve the issue. “And I’ll tell you what: I’m tired of solving problems,” said Constance.

“You can’t do a shift and then mentally zone out saying ‘just let me know if I can do anything else to help.'”

The honest rant resonated with hundreds of women who said they, too, are “sick and tired” of telling their husbands what to do.

‘I write a list every day and leave it in the bank!’ one said.

“Totally, but honestly, I really think we are wired differently because no matter how much I explain and nag them, they just don’t see it,” wrote another.

A third added: ‘And they think it’s fair and magnanimous to say ‘tell me what you want me to do!’ My response is ‘I want you to think and not need to be told.’

Another woman said: ‘If I hear ‘it’s just a man thing’ one more time I’m going to scream! Isn’t it enough for humanity to grow real humans, in our bodies? Why can’t men be the ones to do all the “domestic” tasks in life!? Grind my gears.’
