From August 7-15, Brasserie on 3 will present Legendary Chef Series: La Dolce Vita, featuring Chef Valerio Pierantonelli of Conrad Singapore Orchard’s esteemed Italian restaurant, Basilico.
Hailing from Rome, Chef Valerio brings his extensive experience and passion for Italian cuisine to the forefront as Basilico’s Head Chef. With more than two decades of experience in prestigious establishments around the world, his culinary philosophy focuses on using the best and freshest ingredients to create dishes that pay homage to the true essence of Italian cuisine. Now this dedication to the craft of his is on display in Brasserie at the 3 week long foodie event.
The Legendary Chefs Series – La Dolce Vita menu will highlight a delicious selection of dishes, including the Mediterranean Octopus Salad with Yellow Potato and Fresh Basil Pesto, the Carnaroli Risotto with Saffron Sauce and Asparagus, and the indulgent Traditional Italian Tiramisu with Marsala. and Mascarpone Sabayon. Additionally, a live station will cater to pasta enthusiasts with pork-filled tortelli pasta, tossed with brown butter and grana padano sage sauce and toasted hazelnuts.
