Australian fashion label Colette by Colette Hayman is closing 100 stores to save the company.

The handbag, jewelry and accessories brand, trading under the CBCH group, went into administration in January and Deloitte Restructuring Services partners Vaughan Strawbridge, Sam Marsden and Jason Tracy were appointed as trustees.

Bernie Brookes, the former boss of the affected department store Myer, has acquired a 90 percent stake in the group.
