An urgent nationwide recall has been issued for several popular frozen meals due to a packaging error.
On Thursday, Food Standards Australia recalled three Patties Food Group On The Menu Entree products.
The recall notice was issued over fears that the plastic tray could melt during the microwave cooking process due to ‘an error in the packaging,’ the authority said.
Customers have been put on alert if they have purchased three-cheese macaroni, beef lasagna and spaghetti meatballs from On The Menu Entrée.

Customers have been put on alert when purchasing Three Cheese Macaroni, Beef Lasagna and Spaghetti Meatballs from On The Menu Entrée
Buyers have been asked to return the following products:
– On the Main Course Menu Macaroni with 3 Cheese (260g) – with expiration dates: 03/27/26 and 03/14/26;
– On The Menu Entrée Beef Lasagna (260 g) – with expiration dates: 12/03/26 and 03/20/26;
– On The Menu Entrée Spaghetti & Meatballs (260g) – with expiration date: 03/19/26.
The products are sold throughout the country in Coles, Woolworths, No Waste Australia and independent retailers including IGA.
Customers can return affected items for a full refund if they have already purchased them.
