Coleen Rooney will have the full support of her friend and football legend Ally McCoist on I’m A Celebrity as they both appear in the jungle.
Ally, 62, is said to have cheered up Coleen, 38, during Wagatha Christie’s trial with Rebekah Vardy, who was axed earlier in the 2017 series.
And since Coleen is also believed to get ‘ultimate revenge’ by signing up, she’ll have Ally’s backing in her corner.
At the time of the explosive legal battle, Ally waded into the drama, saying she would “love to be a fly on the wall” in Rebekah’s Leicester City player husband Jamie’s dressing room.
Speaking on her talkSPORT breakfast show at the time, Ally said: “If they’re men, they’ll jump straight into it.” You’d love to be a fly on the wall of that dressing room.

Ally, who is also an open supporter of Coleen’s husband Wayne Rooney, is reportedly high on Ant and Dec’s radar to appear on the show this year despite turning down the opportunity to take part in the show twice before.
TV presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are desperate to get the Scottish pundit to star in this year’s lineup, according to The mirror.
Ally was previously in talks to go to the jungle in 2019 and 2022, but backed out due to fear of cockroaches.
Explaining why he had rejected the program before, the former footballer said: “I’m not a fan of cockroaches.”
‘The part where you jump out of the helicopter or the plane at the beginning, I would like to do that. But then the rest is downhill.
“You don’t really know until you’re there, but I actually think being in the coffin with the rats and the snakes, from where I’m sitting right now, I don’t think that bothers me too much.”
An ITV spokesperson said: ‘Any name suggested for I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! They are speculations.’

It comes as Rebekah was this week ordered to pay Coleen a further £100,000 after losing her battle over legal costs in the so-called Wagatha Christie case.
According The sun on Sunday, Coleen is expected to travel in November to take part in the show of which her four children are said to be big fans.
A source said: “I’m A Celeb bosses have taken a big step in landing Coleen for the jungle this year and the team are delighted to have her on board.”

The couple became the center of a major storm in 2019 when Coleen accused Rebekah of leaking stories about her to the press.
Rebekah then sued Coleen for defamation over the claim, but it was Coleen who prevailed when a judge declared in 2022 that her claim was “substantially true.”
Rebekah was subsequently instructed to pay 90 per cent of Coleen, 38,’s fees, with an initial payment of £800,000, but has been contesting the claimed costs of £1.8million.

It features Ant and Dec in series 23 of last year’s hit reality show.
At the end of the latest hearing, which began last week, Costs Judge Andrew Gordon-Saker has told Rebekah to pay an additional £100,000 within 21 days.
He said: “I think there is scope for an additional payment on account so that the defendant (Ms Rooney) is not exempt from her costs, and I think it should not be more than £100,000.”
The hearing, which was not attended by any of the women, addressed a number of preliminary issues before a full “line by line” assessment of costs takes place at a later date, which will decide the total amount of money to be paid.
Judge Gordon-Saker said this could take place in early 2025, but added: “The parties must get on with this and put it behind them.”
He said: “Realistically, (the line-by-line assessment) will probably be next year, hopefully early next year.”
In 2019, Coleen publicly claimed that Ms Vardy’s account was the source behind three stories in the Sun newspaper which featured false details she had posted on her private Instagram profile.
These included her trip to Mexico for a “gender selection” procedure, her plans to return to television, and the flooding of her home’s basement.
Following the high-profile trial, Judge Steyn ruled in Coleen’s favor in July 2022, finding the post to be “substantially true”.

The judge said it was “probable” that Rebekah’s agent, Caroline Watt, had passed information to the newspaper. and that the Leicester star’s wife “knew and tolerated this behaviour”.
At the latest hearing, Rebekah’s representative, Jamie Carpenter KC, said in written submissions that the legal bill claimed by Coleen amounted to £1,833,906.89, which was more than three times her “agreed costs budget of £540,779 .07”.
He said the bill was “drafted without sufficient care” and had “a ‘kitchen sink’ approach”, and included “more than £120,000 in costs to which Ms Rooney is not entitled”.
But Robin Dunne, representing Coleen, said in written submissions that Ms Vardy had shown “deplorable conduct” in the case and that the costs could have been lower if “she had handled this litigation appropriately”.
He added: “It does not sit well with Ms Vardy to now claim that Ms Rooney’s costs, many of which were caused directly by her conduct, are unreasonable.”
