The TV personality, 37, was joined by her boyfriend as they hit the gym together and the pair seemed to have a great morning.
Showing her friend something on her phone, the mood was clearly humorous as Wayne Rooney’s wife then burst out laughing.
Cutting a very casual figure, Coleen wore black workout leggings and green and white New Balance sneakers as she headed to a workout.
To stay warm, she opted for a black quarter-zip fleece as she tied her brunette locks into a low ponytail.

Coleen showed off her natural beauty as she headed to the gym bareheaded, clutching her water bottle, ready for an intense workout.
The star appeared in good spirits after it was announced on Wednesday that her husband Wayne will return to English football as the new manager of Championship club Birmingham on a three-and-a-half-year contract.
The former Manchester United star was previously based in America as manager of football club DC, meaning he and Coleen split after she refused to move to the US with him.
Discussing his new role, Wayne said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Birmingham City Football Club at such an exciting time.
“It is very clear that they have a plan and are committed to achieving their ambition for the club. We are fully aligned with what is expected.
“I have built my management career, putting myself in challenging environments, to get ready for this opportunity. It’s a project that gives me purpose and I can’t wait to get started.’
Earlier this week, Coleen opened up about how the ‘intense’ fear caused by the Wagatha Christie trial caused a secret illness.
Coleen was sued for defamation by Jamie’s wife Rebekah Vardy, 41, last May, with a nine-day trial that ultimately resulted in Coleen’s favour.

She said: ‘It caused anxiety and there were a lot of tears. I have reactive arthritis. I’ve had it before, but this situation brought it out a lot more.
‘It took away my character and I didn’t want to deal with people. I was completely in my own world. It wasn’t a nice place to be.’
The WAG continued: “It struck me how low I was at that moment. My emotions really came to the surface and that made the interview process quite intense, but it was also a good chance to reflect.
‘I stuck to my guns from start to finish. My story has never changed from day one and I told the truth.”
Coleen also admitted that she never expected things to get so out of hand.
The mother-of-four, who has been with former Everton player Wayne since she was 16, continued: “I thought there might be a few mean words said but I didn’t think it would blow up like that.
‘It took my life for a few years, so now it’s a weight off my shoulders and I can concentrate on my family and friends again, who mean a lot to me.’
