Coleen Nolan has been forced to respond to fans’ claims that she deliberately “omitted” her co-stars from her Loose Women 25th anniversary tribute.
The long-running daytime show is celebrating 25 years on the air this week and Coleen, who joined the show in 2000, a year after it began, took to Instagram on Friday to share a compilation video looking back at her time on the show.
The hilarious montage documented various moments from Coleen’s 24 years on the show, starting from her first appearance and featured appearances by several of her fellow panellists past and present.
Coleen wrote in the caption of her post: “25 years of @loosewomen (24 for me) of so much fun, laughter and sometimes tears… Thank you Loose Women for being such a big part of my life, and to all of you wonderful viewers, thank you for your loyalty and support! Here’s to the next 25! Love you all !”
However, she was soon forced to take to the comments to defend herself after a follower accused her of excluding certain members of the panel.

The video in question featured Coleen’s friends Ruth Langsford, Brenda Edwards, Janet Street-Porter and Denise Welch.
While other Loose Women legends made an appearance included Nadia Sawalha, Jane Moore, Saira Khan, Kaye Adams and Sherrie Hewson.
Andrea McClean, Stacey Solomon and Christine Lampard also made brief cameos in the clip.
But while Coleen’s video managed to feature a wide selection of the show’s stars, one person was offended by the fact that she left out some cast members.
They wrote: “I only saw one photo of Carol McGiffin. There was nothing about Jackie Brambles, Kate Thornton and Terri Dyer.”
Responding to the criticism, Coleen explained that she could only include “a handful of highlights” and commented: “There have been dozens of Loose Women over the years… just a handful of highlights. Love to all the women, past and present.”
But while others were chiming in, the star added a pinned comment that shut down any speculation.
She wrote: ‘Just to clarify, I’ve compiled some highlights to celebrate LW’s 25th birthday.

“It would have been impossible to feature each and every panelist past and present in the video, nothing but love for all the women.”
This comes after Coleen revealed earlier this month that it has become a daily ritual for her to check for signs of cancer every day following the tragic effects the disease has had on her family.
The Loose Women presenter, who is one of six sisters, candidly admitted she is scared of being the next member of her family affected by the disease.
Cancer has had a significant impact on the Nolan family after the sisters lost Bernie, 52, in 2013 following a three-year battle with breast cancer.
Meanwhile, Anne, 73, and Linda, 65, have also battled breast cancer – Linda’s became terminal after it returned in 2017.

Coleen had been celebrating her own time on Loose Women, which began in 1999, amid the show’s 25th anniversary (pictured in 2015).

Talking with The mirror Coleen spoke about the preventative measures she takes, explaining: “We’ve been through so much pain… I’m always checking in. I still have that doubt of ‘What if I missed it?'”
‘Whenever I’m in the shower, I touch myself and check myself carefully, and if at any point I think “I don’t like it,” I go to the doctor immediately and he’ll tell me “it’s okay, it’s just a small cyst or an infection.”
Although Coleen hopes she doesn’t contract the disease, she explained that if she is unlucky, she wants to catch it early.
