A young man has been rushed to hospital with serious stab wounds.
The man, aged in his 20s, suffered injuries to his neck and chest following an incident in Coffs Harbour, on the New South Wales north coast, on Wednesday morning.
He was transported from a house on Ocean Parade at around 6.45am

A crime scene was established on Ocean Parade with SES personnel also present.

“At around 6.50am, emergency services were called to Ocean Parade, Coffs Harbour, following reports that a man in his 20s had been stabbed,” police said in a statement.
‘Officers attached to the Coffs-Clarence Police District attended and located a man with stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.”
An investigation has been launched into the alleged stabbing and anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
