Coco Gauff, the 19-year-old American tennis sensation, is now a Grand Slam winner.
The sixth woman in the world beat Aryna Sabalenka, 2-6 6-3 6-2, at the US Open after some early struggles.
After dominating the first and struggling in the second, Sabalenka took a medical timeout while trailing 4-1 in the third to have her left thigh massaged by a trainer.
Sadly, the break wouldn’t matter as Gauff only improved towards the end of the match.
