Coco Austin and her eight-year-old daughter Chanel posed in matching swimsuits for six new images shared to Instagram on Sunday.
The 45-year-old model wife of Law & Order: SVU actor Ice-T, 66, wore a pink and purple two-piece suit alongside her only son who wore something very similar.
The two held hands and Chanel sat on Coco’s shoulders while they wore swimsuits at the Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas.
‘A little rain in the Bahamas didn’t stop Chanel and I from going out to the pool!’ the model wrote in her caption.
“We create our own energy; rain or shine, we still have to rock our traditional twin swimsuits, Bikinis, @fedeswimwear.” The hashtags were for twinning, dynamic duo, mommy and me, mom life, best friends, and twinning is winning.
Some followers found the mother-daughter modeling session “adorable,” but others weren’t as thrilled.

Then there was a follower who explained why it was a good thing.
“Some may see this in a negative way, but as a psychology graduate, I see it differently,” the fan began.

Coco showed off her cleavage, abdomen and butt as she and her daughter struck similar poses, hand in hand.
The couple also posed with their legs identically stuck out, kneeling in the pool and taking in the panoramic views.
And both girls wore their hair in matching braids.
The blonde bombshell had her daughter Chanel with rapper Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Lauren Marrow, in 2015, after the couple had been married for 13 years.
In April 2023, Coco took to Instagram to share a dance clip of her and Chanel, which was quickly called “inappropriate” by critics.
The model, who also faced backlash for a Christmas video of Chanel twerking, shared a post in which she and the boy danced side by side to the Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Boom Boom Pow’ remix.

The video received mixed reactions, with many of her 3M followers not liking the dance routine: “Not appropriate for a little girl or her mother,” one wrote.
Another echoed the sentiment, writing: “How sad that this is the new formation of parents to children, and even worse, that it is celebrated by the rest of society, that is why the world is the way it is.”
Another commenter simply wrote “inappropriate.”
Someone else deemed the performance “Cringy af.”
They also wore matching swimsuits in 2023 while at the Hard Rock.
“All a** zero brain,” wrote another follower.
However, not everyone understood the criticism. ‘What’s so strange about this? This is incredibly adorable,” one follower wrote.
‘You are raising an amazing daughter! You always seem like you’re having so much fun and that you and Ice are fantastic parents!’ added another.
Austin has not yet responded to the criticism. However, this is not the first time he has faced comments about his fatherhood.
Just a few months ago she defended Chanel after publishing a video where she was twerking in Christmas pajamas.
Coco faced a lot of scrutiny since becoming a mother. In an interview with Tamron Hall, he said that he is constantly “under a microscope.”
During the interview, Ice Loves star Coco broke down in tears for mom-shamers: “You don’t hear the good, you only hear a lot of bad.” And I know I’m a good mother.
