Best known as the founder of boutique Coco & Lola, Jessica purchased the Dover Heights apartment with husband Travis Dunlop in 2022 for $6.5 million.

Located 10km from the CBD on a strip of land known as one of the most sought after in Sydney, the house is newly renovated, according to The Wentworth Messenger.

The couple made several improvements to the elegant space over the past two years, including replacing hardwood floors, installing new carpets and taking on a new paying job.
