Ms. Hogan, a former event planner, was unaware that her previous ongoing criminal activity was under police control.

Hogan worked as a drug courier and is said to be involved in delivering nearly 600 bags of cocaine to customers in more than 370 separate deliveries in the port city.

Police allege that the group delivered about 200 bags of cocaine to customers every week for $ 300 each, with an estimated profit of $ 60,000 a week or $ 3.1 million a year.
