Scott Jennings, who served as a special assistant to President George W. Bush, appeared on OutFront on Tuesday to discuss Biden’s race.

He clashed with fellow guest Jamal Simmons, former communications director for Vice President Kamala Harris.

“Are you comfortable with Hunter Biden running White House senior staff meetings? Do you think this is a good thing?” Jennings shouted before Simmons responded: “Why are you yelling at me?”

Jennings was discussing the troubling report about President Biden’s cognitive abilities and another about how his son Hunter Biden has attended some White House meetings.

CNN commentator Jennings was talking about how Biden blamed his travel schedule for his poor performance in the debate.

“It’s an incredible day,” he said. “First of all, the New York Times is reporting that he’s skipping meetings.”

‘This is becoming more frequent. Secondly, today we discovered that a criminal and crack addict is present at White House senior staff meetings.

‘And third, the president is now with his own donors tonight, blaming an overseas trip that ended 12 days before the debate for his disastrous performance on Thursday.’

Jennings said the Biden administration is “out of control.”

But Simmons highlighted Donald Trump’s criminal convictions for falsifying business records and the prosecution he faces for withholding government documents after leaving office.

“Are we sure Scott wasn’t talking about the criminal who had the secret documents in his bathroom at Mar-a-Lago?” he asked.

“Because there is a criminal we haven’t talked about tonight.”

But Jennings began to raise his voice, saying, “Are you comfortable, Jamal? Are you comfortable with Hunter Biden leading White House senior staff meetings?”

Do you think this is good? Do you think this is good?

Simmons replied: “Why are you yelling at me?”

However, Jennings continued his rant, saying, “I’m asking you. We’re talking about Joe Biden, we’re talking about Joe Biden tonight, who is admitting to his own donors, people in his party, that he can’t act and campaign at the same time.

-And you want to talk about the Mar-a-Lago documents case, which won’t go to trial before November.

“This is the sitting president. You worked for him. I want to know if you were in a senior staff meeting, would you want Hunter Biden looking over your shoulder? That’s my question.”

Simmons responded by claiming that MAGA Republicans like Trump and Marjorie Taylor Greene are trying to take away the freedoms of women and other groups.

“That’s not what they want,” he said. “And that’s why I think Trump will continue to have problems come Election Day.”

The heated interaction came after Biden blamed his world trip ahead of Thursday’s disastrous debate for his poor performance.

The 81-year-old president made the concession during a fundraising event in the upmarket DC suburb of McLean, Virginia, on Tuesday night.

He told the crowd he was “not very smart” for “traveling around the world a couple of times” before his showdown with the likely Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump.

“I decided to travel around the world a couple of times… right before the debate… I didn’t listen to my staff… and then I almost fell asleep on stage,” the president said.

He added: “It is not an excuse but an explanation.”
