Two other people were taken to the hospital for observation.
The death occurred at Soul Barn, which advertises itself as an “Alternative and Holistic Health Service” on its Facebook page.
On Sunday, a post said it would be closed to the public and that people who had booked in for its ‘sound healing’ sessions would be refunded.
Clunes made national news last week after another tragic death.
Located 33 kilometers north of Ballarat, west of Melbourne, Hannah McGuire had called Clunes home before she was allegedly murdered by her ex-partner.
Lachlan Young, 21, has been charged with his murder.
Soul Barn owner Michelle Mullins declined to comment when approached by a newspaper on Tuesday.
