Clint Eastwood’s longtime companion Christina Sandera has died at the age of 61.
The 94-year-old Oscar-winning actor confirmed the tragic news in a heartbreaking statement on Thursday.
The couple had been in a relationship since 2014.
Eastwood said: “Christina was a lovely and caring woman and I will miss her very much.”
A Warner Bros. spokesperson told THR that no further information would be released.

Eastwood and Sandera met when she was working as a hostess at Eastwood’s hotel, the Mission Ranch, in Carmel, California, in 2014.
She made her red carpet debut with the star at the 2015 Oscars, where their drama American Sniper was nominated for six awards.
