Outspoken feminist writer Clementine Ford has posted a strange clip on social media linking the assassination of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar to the full moon.
The passionate feminist, 43, shared a clip on Instagram in which she detailed her theory about the astrological connection to Sinwar’s murder on October 16.
‘It was a massive full moon in Aries. “I follow many pages of astrology and I am a Tarot reader and last night a great howl went around the world in astrological terms,” Ford began.
‘And then waking up this morning and watching the news and seeing the way the corrupt Western empire is framing the attack on Sinwar. Yes, interesting.’
In astrology, full moons are considered “culmination” times when tensions can rise and influence people’s behavior in often unexpected and shocking ways.
The controversial Hamas leader was killed by a single shot on Wednesday, following an hour-long shootout in a routine operation in the Rafah area of the Gaza Strip.
Ford also shared a post comparing the divisive figure to Jesus, saying, “I would be more careful about relying on the martyrdom of the Palestinian resistance.”
“When the authorities killed that guy from Nazareth, they thought they had crushed his entire movement; now we count time from the year of his birth.”

The divisive social commentator has earned a reputation for being outspoken about the ongoing war in Israel.
Last month, Ford doubled down on a since-deleted post in which he said he did not believe Hamas soldiers executed Israeli hostages following the Palestinian terrorist group’s 2023 attack.
Ford, who describes himself as a pro-Palestine activist, initially made the statement in the comments section of another Instagram profile, accusing the Israeli government of fabricating the killing of hostages by Hamas soldiers.
Hamas took about 250 Israeli hostages late last year. According to the Israeli government, some 97 remain held and another 33 are presumed dead.

It was revealed that the bodies of six hostages were found in the Gaza tunnels. Days later, Ford denied that they had died at the hands of Hamas in a comment posted on a meme glorifying Israel’s possible fall.
The meme featured two photographs of actor Tobey Maguire; In the first one he could be seen walking down the street with an uncomfortable expression, under the title ‘My sister’s wedding’.
The second showed Maguire dressed in a suit and smiling. It was titled: “The Fall of Israel,” and Ford added: “I don’t believe for a second that Hamas executed those hostages.” “Israel’s desperation stinks.”
While his initial comment appears to have been deleted, Ford reiterated his views in a statement to Daily Mail Australia.
He referenced an investigation by the left-wing Israeli newspaper Haaretz, which previously revealed that the Israel Defense Forces were responsible for the deaths of some of its own citizens, including three hostages, during attacks on Gaza.
However, Ford did not acknowledge that Hamas admitted to killing other Israeli hostages last year, nor did he mention that Haaretz reported that six Israeli soldiers were killed by Hamas terrorists.
